Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis Antetokounmpo is a Greek professional basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association. Nicknamed the "Greek Freak" due to his athleticism, he primarily plays forward, but is also capable of playing guard with his ball-handling skills.

Antetokounmpo’s only current notable deal being his Nike partnership, the endorsement outlook holds plenty of promise for a player who is already a two-time NBA All Star and one of the few foreign-born big names in the NBA. Antetokounmpo’s signature Nike shoe is expected to be released in the autumn of 2019, and it is anticipated that he could be in line for a significant windfall when his next contract comes up for renewal.

The Bucks are the surprise team in the NBA and have the second best record in the Eastern Conference. Only the 17-4 Toronto Raptors have a better win percentage in the East than Milwaukee. However, it’s important to note the Bucks have played the second most difficult schedule compared to the Raptors who have played the fifth easiest.

Antetokounmpo matched his season high with 33 points and finished an assist short of a triple-double in three quarters as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated Portland 143-100 on Wednesday night.
